Hello, I’m Chef Seth Costello, a personal chef with a passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences and celebrating the diversity of regional flavors. My culinary journey began as a child, playing with flavors in the kitchen. I’ve gone from messing up Kraft mac & cheese to creating inventive recipes like cherry-infused pork chops, which sparked my lifelong love for cooking.
This passion led me to earn a culinary certificate through the U.S. Navy and an associate degree from the esteemed Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Gordon Ramsay and a number of award-winning chefs. I’ve also traveled across the contiguous 48 states, immersing myself in the unique ingredients and traditions of each region to bring a hands-on approach to my cooking.
From intimate in-home dining to event catering, I specialize in creating menus tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and special occasions. My focus is on delivering exceptional meals while bringing a warm and professional presence to your home or event.
When I’m not cooking, I love exploring local markets, discovering new food traditions, and sharing my knowledge with others through interactive dining experiences. My mission is to bring joy and connection to the table, one carefully crafted dish at a time.
